Laura graduated from Anderson University with an Elementary Music Education Degree. After teaching for 7 years, she decided to stay home to raise their 3 children and invest more time into Foster the Need. Laura is the Executive Director for Foster the Need and the true visionary behind the new Bravely Me Boutique.
Shane Lastname
Shane Lastname
Shane graduated from Indiana University – Kokomo with a degree in Finance and Economics. He has been a Commercial Underwriter for over 10 years and is currently the Sr. Commercial Underwriter for Elements Financial Credit Union. Shane is Foster the Need’s Finance Director and responsible for the fundraising, grant management, and reporting.
